About Polyester Stable Fibre (PSF):
It’s a recycled Polyester staple fiber and it is made from PET (Polyester) waste and used PET bottles. It is being used in many items like carpets, furnishing, toy industry, textile industry.
About PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate)
It is also called PETE and chemical name of polyester. PET is light weight and strong plastic and it is widely being used in Food and beverages industry.

What is Polyester Staple Fibre (PSF)
It’s a type of Polyester Fibre made from PTA & MEG / PET chips. It is also made from flakes of recycled PET bottles. PSF is synthetic human made fiber which is manufactured from PET waste and PET bottles which was post consumed. It is widely used as a poly fill to stuff cushions, soft toys, pillows and many other items which needs soft stuffing. Badri Group producing high quality industrial grade PSF (Polyster Stable Fibre) and has a huge capacity to produce quality PSF.
Among all type of fibre this PSF has emerged most useful and fastest growing. Polyester is manufactured from polymerisation of Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA) and Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG). Then the resulted polymer is melt spun and the melt spinning bundle of filaments is called Tow, which is further processes like crimping, drawing and spin finishing application and cut into specific lengths, Finally this cut fiber is known as PSF.
